How extra time works

Our prices cover the typical time for a home of your size. When our cleaner arrives, they do a quick walkthrough. If your home needs more time than usual, we'll contact you before doing any extra work. You can approve extra time, or we'll focus on the essentials within your booked time. You'll never be charged for extra time you haven't approved.

Why Reset Cleaning

Not just a clean.
An experience.

The hotel standard

Beds made to hotel specification. Towels folded with precision. Surfaces cleared, wiped, and deliberately arranged — not merely cleaned.

A signature scent

You choose your scent profile at your first clean. We record it. Every visit after, your home smells exactly the same — a consistency that becomes inseparable from arriving home.

III

Natural products only

Plant-derived, thoughtfully chosen. Nothing synthetic touches your home. Safe for children, pets, and surfaces.
